Client Onboarding - KYC/KYB - Team Lead - FinTech / Online Banking/ Payments
An award winning, FinTech business based in the City are seeking a talented and conscientious onboarding specialist to guide and mentor a close knit team. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving organisation with excellent leadership teams and career development opportunities.
Duties include:
- Act as a leader and coach for the client onboarding team
- Exercise and share your expert level knowledge of onboarding, KYC, KYB, regulations, process and procedures
- Champion the profile of the onboarding team with in the business
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Train, educate and nurture the team's knowledge base
- Act as a point of escalation for any complex onboarding issues
Essential experience includes:
- Team management / team lead experience within KYC / KYB / Client Onboarding
- Experience working in banking/ FinTech / FCA regulated environment
- Knowledge of AML and JMLSG guidelines
- Flexible, creative and adaptable approach to a busy workload gained from working in a fast paced business
