We are working with a business who has a temporary position available to cover maternity leave.



As an Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will be:
  • Checking, coding and inputting invoices.
  • Checking/receipting staff expenses.
  • Collating and posting payments to suppliers.
  • Preparation and processing of client and office payments and receipts.
  • Dealing with accounts queries.
  • Double entry Bookkeeping.
  • VAT returns.


The ideal Accounts Assistant will:
  • Have previous officer experience in a busy working environment
  • Have experience dealing with high volumes of work
  • Be able to work well within a team
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills


Company and Salary
  • Up to £20,000 dependent on experience
  • Modern Offices


The successful candidate will need to have great organisational skills, a keen eye for accuracy having previously worked within an office environment, be familiar with accounting processes and have strong Excel knowledge working with V lookups and pivot tables. Training and support will be provided.
