* Experience in coaching individuals and / or teams on a large scale

* Ability to influence behavioural change and comfortable challenging senior leadership in a way that encourages them to improve and embed the new approach

* Expertise across the following techniques: Agile / Scrum / Systems Thinking / Service Design application

* Experience of agile transformation programmes within large corporate environments

* Strong communication skills – whether motivating, observing, coaching, mentoring or facilitating

This is one of the largest transformations that is happening across the Financial Services industry so the purpose of the Coach is to be a mentor/coach within each team so people in new roles can adopt in their way of working and thinking with Agile principles and their mindsets too. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think about the wider picture and why they’re delivering what they’re delivering and why.
