Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and excellent securities/futures trading services to clients;
  • Perform account opening, document checking according to interval guidelines and ensure full compliance in of rules and regulations;
  • Handle and follow up clients’ inquiries and complaints;
  • Participate in system testing and provide daily supports to various departments, such as dealing, settlement, compliance, asset management, and wealth management;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibility.

Requirements
  • Degree holder or related disciplines with at least 1 year related working experience
  • Experience in retail banking is a plus
  • Professional customer service and communication skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua;
  • The holder of SFC license Type 1
