Position Purpose

To support the Regional Outsourcing Management in managing the outsourcing SLA and to ensure the alignment of APAC CIB Outsourcing Governance.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Manage the approval process for SLAs that includes:
- participate in the daily management of all intra-group Service Level Agreement (SLA) for CIB entities in APAC region (incl. cross continent SLAs)
- help ensure regulatory requirements and BNPP policies are complied with and internal control is in place
- answer queries or provide information related to SLA
- identify critical issues throughout the approval process and escalate where necessary
- follow up on the approval process, keeping stakeholders informed of all updates and progress
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance, Operations Control and any other stakeholders related to the approval process
• Manage and maintain SLA inventories in appropriate repository tool
• Support the annual review process
• Support the TOM dashboard preparation
• Give guidance to LOMC stakeholders in APAC countries on SLA related matters

Contributing Responsibilities

• Participate in/direct outsourcing related projects
• Support Regional Outsourcing Manager during the TOM process when necessary

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required

• Fast learning capacity (bank organization, people, process and etc.)

• Possess inquisitive and questioning nature
• Self-motivated and solution oriented with a proactive attitude

Experience and Qualifications required

• University degree holders with related work experience in project management is preferable
• Prior working experience in Banking & Financial Services domain is preferable
• Strong sense in compliance control and governance
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential
