Workday Business Analyst-Supervisory
Position Workday Business Analyst–Supervisory Location Remote but need to be at (Tampa, FL) 1st week and then maybe 1–2 days per month – travel expensed by business.) Duration Contract Job Description Need operational consultant support to help us prepare for operational readiness across all of our products (e.g. Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding and Core HR) plus Tier 1 We are implementing Core HR, Time and Absence, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent and Performance, Mobility, Jobs, Organization and Payroll (NAM only) We are looking for two consultants who have experience operating Workday in an HR andor HR Shared Services leadership capacity. Workday implementation experience is required as well. Operational Consultant Consult with all Product Heads to advise what the operational impact will be for Workday for their particular area ndash most important areas of focus would be Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding and Core HR Identify gaps between our current process and organization make–up compared to future processes in Workday Assist Product Taxonomy leads in assessing gaps in the Standard Operating Procedures aligning to the HRSS taxonomy and roles Attend Workday planning meetings and help our products understand impacts as discussions are being had and decisions are being made Work with our teams to quantify additional staffing requirements, if any, and efficiencies as a result of the Workday system implementation Identify manual work (e.g. audits, manual steps, etc.) that will need to be done based on Workday functionality and our business processes, especially if process is vastly different from the current process Develop workarounds for manual work created as a result of Workday or partner with teams to develop automated solution. Ideal if had solutions previously identified at prior companies or clients Develop a strong understanding of HRSS products, Workday business process and configuration impacting HRSS roles Experience and strong understanding of all Workday modules we are implementing Tier 1 Consultant In addition to items under the operational consultant, advise our teams on best practices for standing up a Tier 1Contact Center to support Workday including Identify the common calls received and potential volume increasesdecreases Assist in the development of the knowledge librarycontent for Tier 0 and for Tier 1 Advise on trainingchange management strategy Assist in the development of training for Tier 1, managers, employees and possibly conducting training Depending on the candidate, we would also be looking for someone to do the following which may require a different skillset (aka instructional designer, trainer, etc.) Build detailed training plan to educate and prepare HRSS resources to operate in new environment Build training content and facilitator guide for the train the trainers sessions Facilitate Train the trainer sessions and support regional trainers in training plan rollout Convert the TTT training content into modular self–paced training and develop knowledge assessment Build Scenario driven quick reference guides Build Scenario driven frequently asked questions Build ServiceNow knowledge articles facing HR, HRSS, Managers and Employees to self–service their awareness inquiries We donrsquot need a PM to manage the engagement ndash we already have a team in place for this. We are looking for someone who has operated the system and can help our leaders really understand what is expected to operate Workday in their respective areas. We are not looking for this person to help us with configuration and testing or to oversee the overall implementation.
