Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate has been a success story since the launch of the first real estate fund in 1938. As a global supplier of real estate investment products, Global Real Estate leads around EUR 40 billion of assets and provides investors with access to diversified real estate portfolios with a total of over 1,300 properties in 20 countries. In addition to Luxembourg SICAV-SIFs and three German real estate funds, Global Real Estate manages seven listed real estate funds, three real estate funds for institutional and qualified investors with OTC trading and four real estate investment groups of Credit Suisse Investment Foundation.

We offer:
  • A great opportunity to join Credit Suisse Global Real Estate - International, one of the leading players in the market globally
  • You will support the Fund CFO, to whom you report, in the management of the operating activities of the Luxembourg-based Funds, mainly, but not exclusively, with the following tasks:
  • Review and oversight of the semi-annual financial packages (IFRS and INREV) and support the annual audit
  • Execution and monitoring of the financing covenants under the management supervision
  • Active monitoring of the fund performance measurements as well as future scenarios analysis
  • Control of the monthly reporting processes and monitoring of cash flow projections
  • Coordinate the management of VAT and Corporate Income Tax compliance of property companies with the support of local business partners/consultants
  • Support your line manager with various tasks related to the acquisition or incorporation of new assets, subsidiaries or funds
  • Review the statutory reporting and tax filings and address country-specific issues with the external providers

You Offer
  • A university degree in Finance or an equivalent education
  • ACCA, CPA/CA or an accounting degree with completed auditor-in-training articles
  • You have sufficient work experience ideally with a leading Real Estate Asset Manager
  • You show demonstrable knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and INREV standards
  • Experience in Luxembourg Real Estate funds and fund regulation would be a plus
  • Financial modelling skills
  • Ability to learn new skills, capability to take ownership of the assigned tasks
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, willingness to integrate well into the team and to develop the business forward
  • As a team-player you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude
  • You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), fluency in another language would be a plus
  • Some travel is expected
