Client
A pioneer in its space, the client is now a leading provider of solutions in the energy space. The company is now undergoing great growth and is on a good trajectory towards its goal of IPO - which leads to the need to expand and recruit for an Investor Relations Manager to join their ranks.

Scope
The scope of your role will include but notlimited to:

• Financial Analysis: - Coordinate and support data analysis to produce data visualizations for presentation
• Investor Relations: - Development of investor relations strategy and delivery of communication to investors and fund managers. Manage content for key communication channels e.g. annual report, website, media announcements.
• Public Relations: - Lead and manage communication strategies with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Research & Analysis:- Conduct research and drive analysis on competitors in the market, and their activities and how they might potentially impact the company
• Stakeholder Engagement:- Work closely with the internal stakeholder team to drive corporate initiatives and other ad-hoc projects as required.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should come with 8-12 years of relevant (investor relations) working experience, preferably in energy / financial services. Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, real estate and / or economics will be key. Candidates with CFA accreditation will be a plus. You are analytical with a strong commercial outlook, and is able to translate data points to chart market trends. Coming in with pre-IPO experience will be ideal as that will be the core of the role in the next few months.

A strong team player, you are hands-on in your approach while also strategic when working with the management team. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for the success of this role.
