The Role Responsibilities

1) Support the Regional Head of BSM to drive the RALCO agenda as stated above.

2) Ensure proper risk appetites, Limits and MATs are maintained: Work with Treasury Risk and Treasury Markets to establish and update proper risk appetites, limits and MATs for Liquidity and IRRBB risks; Escalate any breach of regulatory or internal risk requirements to relevant committees

3) Review, analyse and propose allocation of short term and structural funding to branches and subsidiaries within the region in line with the intragroup funding principles to optimize liquidity resources and economic benefits for the region.

5) Monitor regulatory developments impacting the management of the Bank's balance sheet.

7) Prepare accurate Liquidity (e.g., LCR, NSFR) and CoF forecast.

8) Prepare the overall GCNA B/S budget and 5-year Corporate Plan.

Our Ideal Candidate

· Strong understanding of Basel related capital and liquidity requirements.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· E xperienced in balance sheet management or Finance function in the banking industry.

· Ability to lead and drive initiatives with a structured and focused approach.
