Finance Controller

Responsibilities

Financials, management reporting and regulatory reporting, budgetary control, tax planning, financial controls and corporate governance

Monitor the treasury functions, including pricing, funding, use of balance sheet for tax purposes, and liquidity management

Provide ad hoc assistance and advice on new products, new business

Exercise sound financial controls and improving policies and procedures on expenses control guidelines

Coordinate with regulators and external auditors.

Responsible for periodic financial reporting and audited accounts, audited financial statements, funding structure and liquidation of the company.

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, relevant professional qualification is preferred

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, e.g. investment bank and securities firm

Prior experience in IPO, merger and acquisition or other related investor relations activities is preferred

Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Resources Rules (FRR) and securities accounting is a must

Sound treasury management and knowledgeable on the interbank money market.

Good presentation skills, interpersonal and analytical skills with strong business acumen

Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
