Reporting to Head of Operations, you will assist in investment due diligence, investment execution and closing, on-going monitoring and reporting including calculating payments and receivables, prepare regular reporting to the Board, ensure the fund is in Compliance, and liaise with service providers including auditors, lawyers and banks.
To qualify, you must have 3 - 5 years of experience in private equity with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. You should have experience in an investment firm, fund administrator or custodian bank, used to working across different regions and time zones, and have strong analytical and time management skills. You must have strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
