We are now actively representing a well established local client in their search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week) based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

Ideally working from 9.30 - 2.30, 5 days per week, you would be required to carry out the following duties:
  • Coding and posting invoices on to the system
  • Checking invoices to delivery notes
  • Preparing supplier payments
  • Petty Cash
  • Checking supplier statements
  • Assist the Accounts Assistant with other duties

Suitable candidates must have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Ability to work unsupervised with a 'can do' attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Sage 50
  • Team player with a flexible attitude

We ideally need someone who is able to start work at short notice, and temporary to permanent candidates will also be considered.
