Financial Director

Change Recruitment are currently working with an exciting organisation based in South Lanarkshire in the recruitment of an interim Finance Director to run their finance function. Due to internal movement the client is looking for an experienced Finance Director to drive the organisation forward and assist financially with the wider business.

The main duties for the role are:

- To manage the existing operations of the finance function
- Support business improvement via various sources including: analysis of cost, margins, and pricing
- Implement change and improvement across the business
- Play a leading role in developing business cases, through projects and available funding
- Participate in the recruitment process for the new Finance Director

The successful candidate should ideally:

- Hold an accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW)
- Have worked in a similar role previously
- Have excellent attention to detail, as well as fully competent in Microsoft Excel
