These products include internet banking system, tailor-made systems and direct interface system. Services include receivables, payable, collections & cash pooling. Job Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for implementing Customer Solutions for Global Corporates clients. This is a project manager role responsible and accountable for managing complex implementation. The Implementation Manager (IM) ensures that the client's expectations are met with project team, creating an accurate and complete project plan, validating scope, ensuring that all milestone dates are met, clearly tracking progress, capturing issues and risks, maintaining action plan with follow-ups and ultimately delivering the solution on time and within budget.
Job Description:
  • You will lead diverse projects of varying complexity comprising cash management and liquidity services, taking the customer from "deal won" through to "live" operation, working closely with Sales, Product Management and Client Service to enable Business Strategy and facilitate revenue growth.
  • You will be expected to implement using project management skills while managing multiple client projects simultaneously to ensure customer solutions are implemented on time and within SLAs.
  • Responsible for managing client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, thorough communication and customer training.
  • Supports Relationship Managers (RM) & Transaction Banking Sales staff when technical expertise is required on electronic banking products and solutions, training and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Participate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities on complex working capital management solutions.


Job Requirements
  • A Degree, preferably in Banking and Finance
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance will be an added advantage
  • Strong project management and leadership skills to manage projects across multiple functional areas. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact skillfully with business partners and departments.
  • In depth knowledge of specific commercial banking products and the overall industry.
  • Experienced in managing mid to high complex client on-boarding activities effectively
  • Superior analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to implement client solutions efficiently & effectively in line with the defined processes with focus around cycle-time to expedite time to revenue
  • Coordinate and support GTB Desks in RM offices and departments for their development of local services & products in collaboration with Product teams. Share information of other offices as good examples.
  • Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
