Our client is a rapidly expanding construction business operating across the UK & Ireland from impressive offices in the Warrington area. This is an exciting for a Finance and Accounting Graduate to be joining a highly successful business in a Assistant Accountant role. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will assist the finance team with the following;
Assisting with the production of the Management accounts pack
Balance sheet reconciliations
Overhead analysis
Accruals and Prepayments
Fixed Asset Register
Assisting in forecasting overheads
Quarterly VAT return
Monthly CIS return
Posting journals
Provide cover for AP and AR functions
Applicants will be Finance Graduates with good computer literacy, particularly MS Excel as is the ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team.
