Are you an experienced Credit Controller? Do you want to work for a well established, exciting and growing company. offering an excellent salary and benefits package? We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a highly reputable company in Wrexham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and growing business on a permanent basis.
The daily tasks include:
• To achieve all performance targets which the company will amend from time to time
• To ensure that the in house system is updated following any communication with regards to each individual customer account
• To ensure that Credit Check and internet searches are used in relation to customer accounts where appropriate
• To identify development opportunities and communicate with Credit Control Manager
• To resolve customer related issues in a manner which maximises customer and company satisfaction without escalation where possible
• To communicate effectively with internal customers
• To compile legal pack for Credit Control Manager for delinquent customers
• To provide support and assistance to the Credit Control Manager in all areas
• To comply with company regulations, policies and procedures
Our client is looking for someone who has:
- Credit Control experience
- The ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Strong customer focus
- Good interpersonal & IT skills
