Internal promotion has resulted in the need for a Commercial Accountant to manage all aspects of the businesses P+L reporting whilst acting as a Finance Business Partner to the commercial operating functions of the business.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director your additional responsibilities will include:
- Management, development of a team of non-qualified accountants.
- Manage all aspects of P+L reporting
- Ownership of the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
- Development of monthly reporting.
- Production, review and development of monthly board reports.
- Take the lead finance role in monthly contract review meetings with key operational and commercial functions.
Our client is seeking a high calibre finance professional, qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with:
- Previous experience gained in a senior finance role within Manufacturing, Civil Engineering or Construction sectors.
- Demonstrate excellent people management and development skills.
- Experience working alongside commercial and operational functions.
- Strong IT skills, the ability to manage high volumes of data.
