The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of finance and play a significant part in the continued growth of the business. You will contribute to the development and delivery of the businesses strategy and work as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director to increase sales, reduce costs and increase profitability. Leading a small finance team, you will be responsible for all financial planning, budgeting and ensure adherence to statutory regulations. You will also work closely with marketing and IT to ensure the viability and profitability of all commercial decisions.
