They are expanding our global client base and exceptional team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Employee Benefits Consultant with financial services experience.

You will: -
  • Specialise in delivering engaging and customised face-to-face presentations to our clients’ workforces in order to showcase the employee benefits programmes we provide and manage on their behalf
  • Deliver online employee benefits induction webinars to our clients’ new employees at individual and group levels
  • Serve as client liaison for information requests and queries
  • Support and mentor our dedicated Account Management teams
  • Keep abreast of legislative, political and industry trends, notify clients of developments and implications, and provide solutions in order to maximise best practice and negate risk
  • Liaise with insurers, providers and other professionals
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of client vision and tone, ensuring a targeted approach
  • Comply with FCA regulations.

You must have: -
  • Current and/or intended qualifications and memberships: FCA, DipFA, CII, CISI, MIFS or other
  • A proven track record within the financial services industry
  • Working knowledge of workplace pension auto-enrolment, private healthcare or protections policies (preferably)
  • The ability to prioritise workload and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and articulate verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey and summarise multifaceted information using plain English
  • A desire to fine-tune presentation skills
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Compassion, adaptability and relatability to different situations, proficiencies, working styles, personalities and attitudes
  • Flexibility, pride and passion in your approach to work
  • High levels of accuracy and discretion
  • A positive outlook and a sense of humour.

You will receive all the support and training needed to develop your specialist financial consulting expertise. This is not a sales role it is pure Consulting. Your meetings are pre-booked, pre budgeted and pre organised. Your role is to communicate the Employee Benefits Programme so employees understand the value of their compensation package.

  • Assist the New Business team with networking, cultivating new client leads, nurturing existing client relationships long term, and identifying opportunities for organic growth
  • Provide research for new business proposals and assist with concept development
  • Attend client meetings to share information, identify needs, establish expectations and deliverables, develop strategy
  • Draft, review and/or approve relevant communications.
