Head of Credit Control position | Manchester | £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

A reputable and expanding business that has a well-established finance team, looking to appoint a Head of Credit Control to lead their credit teams and continue with company success.
Your new role
You will lead the credit teams to ensure effective operation and success, by taking a commercial approach when developing process improvements to ensure faster receivables and increased customer satisfaction. Your role will see you reduce aged debt, by understating the cause and champion cross functional changes. You will improve customer experience with the timely resolution of queries by implementing processes, undertaking the required training and removing unnecessary workflows.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a similar role in a reputable business prior, where a proven track record of successfully managing teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver results has been achieved, and you can recognise and develop talent in individuals at all levels. Strong technical and organisational skills are essential, with a high level of computer literacy with experience of working with diverse software systems.
