- Researching Mortgage & Protection products
- Dealing with Mortgage & Protection applications
- Updating clients
- Preparing client recommendation letters
- Ensuring that client files are compliant
- Learning the systems and procedures
- Liaising with clients and lenders

Skills and experience required:
- Have previous mortgage advisory experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- CeMAP 1 at a minimum with 2 and 3 preferred
