Key activities:
• Lead Finance Organization,special attention in Financial Planning & Analysis, establish businessreporting structure and regular operational and financial monitoring reports.
• Establish budgets and forecast, control cost and relatedapprovals, analyze financial performance and provide business advice andplanning information to management.
• Establishand implement the company's finance related policies and procedures ensureproper internal control.
• Responsible for treasury management forcompany fund.
• Ensure and align the company'scash flow with thecompany strategy based on regulation requirement.
• Organizeannual audit/quarterly review, SOX compliance, SEC filing and other related activities.
• Supervise tax planning,filing and other activities.
• Assist in business development/M&Arelated due diligence, discussions and resolving accounting issues
• In charge of overseeing thedaily financial operations, coaching and motivating subordinates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business orAccounting related field.
• CPA with strong US GAAPknowledge.
• 10+ years of experience infinance with good managerial track record and strong FP&A and accountingbackground.
• Experience within a USlisted company experience preferred.
• Excellent communicationskills, fluency in Chinese and English a must.
