You will be working in a high volume transactional department and will be liaising with both external clients and customers, therefore excellent communication and organisational skills are paramount for the role.

Key Focus:
- To be responsible for the debt collection of a cash ledger.
- To manage disputed accounts and negotiate payment back to agreed terms.
- Maintain precise records / actions of the overdue accounts for monthly meetings.
- Assess the credit worthiness of new and existing clients.
- Allocation of payments.
- Other additional Ad-hoc duties.
Essential Experience Required;
- Previous credit control experience
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
