Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking to hire an ISA Administrator on a permanent basis into their office in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a background in ISA, SIPP or Financial Services.
As an ISA administrator you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the checking of controls for Transfers In from previous ISA Manager
- Assisting with the checking of controls for Transfers Out to new ISA Manager
- Checking subscription activity has been completed correctly
- Raising cash payment requests, ensuring these are processed to company policy and CASS requirements
- Banking of client money, ensuring this is processed to company policy and CASS requirements
- Ensuring closed accounts are monitored correctly
- Monitoring workloads and ensuring that all daily checklists have been completed
Background:
- Experience within financial services
- Working knowledge of ISA or SIPP or Transfer Agency ideal
- Good IT skills, especially Excel
