Credit Controller

Some of your duties will include:
- Administering the recovery of bad debts on behalf of a wide range of blue chip clients
- Telephoning and writing to debtors in order to chase and collect monies owed
- Managing payments received by debit/credit card and recording details on computer system
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls from debtors wanting to arrange payment schedules
- Co-ordinating repayment plans to debtors, issuing paperwork and ensuring they are adhered to
- Building a relationship with debtors in order to understand their situation and resolve payment issues
