We have an opportunity available for a non-profit organisation looking for a all rounder Assistant Accountant in Kemps Creek. To be considered in the role, you will have previous MYOB experience and will be able to commence on the start date 25th March 2019. The role will be 5-6 months with possible permanent opportunity.

The role
As the assistant accountant, you will be responsible for:
- End to end Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Reconciliations, invoicing, EFT, payment runs
- End-to-end Payroll (standalone) must be able to process the payroll for 60-70 staff on MYOB
- Month end reconiclations, statements and reporting. GL recs, finanial analysis
- Any other duties, as consistent with the accountabilities and capabilities of the role, and as directed by the CFO who will be your direct report.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will require the following :
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Experience using MYOB or a large ERP software
- Experience working in - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
- Ability to prioritise time and organise work schedules.
