  • Candidates should be Qualified CA,post CA minimum 2 to 5 Years exp in Accounts and Finance is mandatory.
  • Candidates should be working with any Infrastructure,Construction and Companies. (Highways/Roadways).
  • Provide need-based administrative support on commercial/NHAI matters.
  • support and monitor the accounts, audit and reporting function in the organization coupled .
  • To ensure preparation of monthly / quarterly / half yearly and annual accounts for the HO and SPVs in consonance with the requirements of Co's Act, 2013 (IGAAP and IND AS) is Must.
  • preparation of Consolidated Management Accounts (for about 7 to 8 SPV's) for IFRS Group Reporting.
  • ensure timely closure of statutory and tax audits.
  • Conduct budgetary reviews with the budget controller on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for the closure of internal audits.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Co's Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act, Service Tax, GST, etc and all applicable statutes (both direct and Indirect tax).
  • Maintain and monitor the tracker for various statutory compliance.
