CFO

Bachelor degree is required, accounting, finance, business or related area. CPA, CMA, MBA and/or CFA preferred;

• Relative experience on CFO / overall finance controlling in MNCs, (sino-foreign JV experience preferred)
• 10+ years relevant experience in finance/ accounting / controlling area, 2-3 years managerial role at least;

• Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS/US GAAP Accounting Principles & SOX Requirements;

• Excellent leadership, team management and able to anticipate and adapt to changes in the business environment;

• Results oriented with strong integrity and honesty;

• Fluent English (negotiation level) and native Chinese speaker
• Experience in risk management preferred
• Can-do behavior, self-motivation, work under high pressure
• An extensive amount of independent thinking is required.
