As an Accounts Payable Team Leader based from the Guildford, Surrey office you will be responsible for:

Supervision of a medium sized team alongside the Finance Manager

Ensure Invoices are posted promptly and correctly

Manage payment runs.

Dealing with and handling supplier queries

Ongoing training and development of the team

Month end processes

Making sure the Goods Received Not Invoiced are cleared

Ensure invoices are correctly posted and suppliers paid on time.

Visiting other sites when required

Profile

Experience in a similar role

Experience supervising or managing Accounts Payable employees

Experience in training and developing employees

Experience in improving processing and procedures would be beneficial

Experience using the SAP system would be beneficial

Job Offer

Salary £30,000 - £35,000, 25 days holiday, Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Parking
