Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a leading retail organisation with key finance offices based in Bradford.

A reputable UK wide retail organisation with key finance offices based in Bradford.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be working as part of a fast paced finance team, reporting in to a qualified accountant, responsible for assisting with the production of a timely and accurately monthly reporting pack.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, posting accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, providing detailed expenditure analysis, adding detailed commentary to reports, variance analysis, and assisting with budget and forecasting.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an assistant accountant looking for a progressive, career move to assist with ACCA/CIMA studies.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be AAT qualified/studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Have worked in an accounts assistant/assistant accountant role previously
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have very good verbal and written communication skills
