You an interesting and diverse role within the Internal Audit department in Zurich. In this role you will collaborate closely with the business auditor and you will be the go-to person when it comes to verifications of models You provide your Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs into audits with a specific focus on adherence to modeling of risk, valuation, stress testing and other decision-making areas. As an SME will collaborate closely with the responsible Head of Audit Participation in working groups addressing modeling issues and the model control environment Build and maintain key partner relationships through continuous risk and performance monitoring Monitoring and assessing key current issues and developments Work in a dynamic and international team
You Offer
A degree-level education (or equivalent) or post graduate/ professional qualifications At least 5 years' experience auditing a range of quantitative processes Do you have a deep understanding of model risk assurance activities, preferably having worked in a major bank / financial institution and would like to use this knowledge for Credit Suisse Internal Audit? Are you a good communicator and you have good writing skills and experience in liaising across departments and teams? Able to operate autonomously, to drive a project / task forward and produce an end state product that can be presented to senior management with minimal required revision You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude Ability to present risk concepts and issues in a simple and concise way to diverse groups
