Tasks:- Strong control of cash flow and P&L- Take ownership of all deliverables- Ensure all accounting activities and audits comply with financial regulations- Conduct profit and cost analyses and recommend on potential (cost) efficiency improvements- Continuous review of existing internal processes;

- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
CPA is a plus- Very good command in English- Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role in an international environment (mid-size company)- Experience with SAP BusinessOne is beneficialPersonal

- In-depth understanding of Bookkeeping and Reporting as well as cash flow management- Leadership abilities incl. ability to discuss and present topics with Top Mangement- Hands-on and solution-orientated attitude- Proficiency in accounting software- Solid analytical and decision-making skills- Excellent Communication / Interpersonal abilities
