A highly successful firm of chartered accountants, based in North Bristol, has a requirement for a Senior Accountant to join their team, as a pivotal addition to the team. The role is ideal for a qualified ACA or ACCA professional with development and progression on offer, working closely with managers and partners and dealing with a mixed client base, delivering services across accounts, tax and wider ranging business advisory work.

Description

Joining the Bristol based team, as a Senior Accountant, you will be joining a highly successful team of accounting professionals, working closely with managers and partners, providing significant support. Over time as your develop into the role and firm, your responsibility will increase and you will progress in the team and firm. You will work on a very wide ranging, mixed client base across a wide spectrum of industries and turnovers, preparing statutory accounts and delivering wider, general practice services across tax etc, for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships, for the vast majority of your responsibilities. Their could be a smaller element entailing delivering audit services, dependent upon and mouldable around, the background and motivations of the right person. With positive growth and development within this accountancy practice, you will have opportunity to carve a key role within this firm of chartered accountants and progress in your career.

Profile

Your experience will have been gained in an accountancy practice environment. The partners are looking to consider professionals across a range of experience. You will ideally be qualified ACA/ACCA, looking to further your career, post qualification either recently qualified, or with up to one to two years or more post qualified experience. Your experience will have been gained in any of small, medium or large independent firm environment or larger Top 50/Mid/Top tier firm background and you will have experience across any of - audit, preparing accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships, tax and wider, all round accountancy firm responsibilities.

Job Offer

£30,000 - circa £38,000 dependent on experience and background, plus benefits
