PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information. Responsible for General Ledger and monthly Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, Research and reconcile all discrepancies. Ensures major sub-ledger Reconciliation are done monthly. Maintain bank accounts Integrity through Review & Reconciliations. Auditing and verifying documents. Ensuring internal controls and accounting procedures are developed and maintained. Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CPA, ACCA Level 2 or Tertiary Degree Minimum five (5) years' working experience in a Senior Accounting role. REQUIRED SKILLS & SPECIALISED TECHNIQUES Experience with an Accounting Software Familiar with understanding and application of IFRS Computer literate with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. Accuracy - Ensures information presented is free from error and complete Attention to detail - Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently. Results oriented - Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against internal/ external standard of excellence Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate professionally and effectively verbally and written. Must be a professional and a proven team player with customer focus. The ability to maintain confidentiality. Unquestionable integrity.
