Description

Finance Analyst responsibilities:

  • Lending income, balances and new business reporting and analysis across banking and other divisions
  • Production of monthly management packs
  • Provision of business focused management information
  • Business partnering with senior members within banking
  • Pricing analysis, bad debt analysis and modelling the lending forecast, budget and 5 Year Plan and Stress Scenarios
  • Ad-hoc projects as required from time to time

    • Profile

    Essential:

  • Good analytical mind, with focus on attention to detail and right first time approach
  • Excellent presentation ability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to learn including study toward relevant accounting qualification (if required)

    • Desirable:

    • Member of recognised accounting body
    • Financial services experience
    • Advanced Powerpoint user
    • Advanced Excel user highly desirable
    • Previous experience of modelling, budgeting and forecasting
