Requirements:
• Degree from a reputable university
• 5-10 years of directly relevant industry experience preferably at a private equity firm/SWF, real estate operator (e.g. developer, REIT) or Big 4 transaction services
• Minimum of 2 years of experience each in investment and asset/project/property management
• Meticulous with excellent analytical skills including expertise in using Excel to build pro forma cashflow models
• Investment or asset management experience in High Street retail will be an added advantage
• Real estate experience related to UK, Germany, US or Australia
• Ability to speak German (to liaise with German speaking associates) will be an added advantage
• Candidates with professional qualification like MRICS, M. Arch., LLB/JD, CPA or CFA will be preferred
