Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a Finance Analyst in the Financial & Regulatory Reporting team !

The incumbent will join a team of 9, assisting the Team Head, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, focusing on financial reporting projects delivery.

Main Duties
  • Responsible for the preparation of and assisting the Team Head in maintaining strong controls over the General Ledger
  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation and filing of corporate and indirect tax returns and reports
  • Produce timely and accurate financial reporting forms to be submitted to Head Office
  • Assist with ad-hoc queries from Head Office or the tax authority
  • Assist in the monthly balance sheet account ownership and substantiation processes
  • Participate in the UAT of Finance related projects


Qualifications
  • Good degree in Accountancy
  • 3-8 years relevant work experience within the banking industry. Working knowledge of tax regime in Singapore would be preferred
  • Self-motivated and independent but also a team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver quality work to meet tight timelines
  • Strong IT skills, especially in MS Excel and Access. Prior working experience with T24 would be advantageous.
