A prominent and leading Asset Manager is looking for a 12mth maternity contractor for the role of Performance and Attribution in supporting its business.

The Position

You will be liaising with Head of Performance, to produce Performance Measurement Reports.

Some of the major responsibilities include: -
  • Supporting processes to validate and audit Performance and Attribution provided by third-party service providers across Equity, Fixed Income, and multi-asset classes.
  • Producing Performance reporting Factsheets and Unit Price Reporting across the region, as well as other monthly deliverables, as required.
  • Producing Fixed Income Attribution for allocated products.
  • Supporting and resolving Performance-related ad-hoc queries.


The Candidate

To be successful in the role, you will have to demonstrate the following:
  • 1 - 3 years in the Financial Services industry, preferably with some exposure to Performance Measurement.
  • Some understanding as to Fixed Income securities and products
  • A demonstrable ability to link quantitative concepts, financial theory and effective communication.
  • Work unsupervised and under own initiative to deadlines.
  • Formulate, solve, and communicate key Performance measurement and attribution problems to stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills for managing and translating complex Performance concepts into easily understandable terms.
  • Singaporean preferred candidates
