Qualifications:
  • Manage the finance, consolidation accounts within the group in SEA region and Australia
  • Has overall responsibility for the integrity of the financial statements and statutory accounts
  • Drive the strategic growth plans of the organisation and develop the finance capabilities across the region.
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly business reviews, help develop the BUs' strategic action plan and manage the annual operating plan process
  • Analyse and interpret past and projected future business performance, and monitoring and evaluation of actual to target performance on a monthly basis.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant regional markets finance experience in retail industry
  • Strong intenal stakeholder management, great communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen - proven experience in successively challenging managerial leadership positions across a wide range of functions/areas of expertise
  • Positive attitude, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
