FP&A analyst supports in the reporting of UK&I financials ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables for all phases of the reporting process (actuals, forecast, budget).

Description

The responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst include:

  • Support the reporting of monthly actuals in the financial systems and ensure accuracy and consistency of data, as well as respect of deadlines.
  • Support the budget, forecast and risks & opportunities processes, in collaboration with Segment teams.
  • Understand and become change agents of any new processes and tools that are used to help the impacted stakeholder teams.
  • Support monthly allocations process in reporting numbers to group.
  • Day to day management of reporting analyst to support FP&A deliverables.
  • Monthly, quarterly, yearly, forecast/budget reporting pack process support for senior management review.
  • Accurate financial reporting ensuring the systems are reconciled and updated accounted for.
  • High quality output (content and format) of all FP&A deliverables.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to produce financial reports in a clear and concise manner for financial and non-financial personnel.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
