Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and maintain sales report
- Bank reconciliation
- Set up bank payment
- Accounts payable function
- Post invoices onto the accounting system
- Set up new suppliers on accounting software
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Report on aged debtors and creditors
- Chase overdue balances
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Assist with the annual budget preparation
- Assist with the annual audit
- Other ad hoc duties
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Excellent excel skills
- Sage experience would be beneficial
