This is a fantastic opportunity for an Analyst to join a thriving finance department. Your job will be majortially analytical work focusing on project analysis and labour / resource analysis.

Description

As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for the following:

  • Fully responsible for managing the London office Manpower weekly reports in Vision Project Planning Module;
  • Responsible for updating labour, direct expense & direct consultant expense projections in Vision Project Planning module for all active and prospective projects and promotional efforts;
  • Responsible for reviewing Actuals Vs. Planning Labour on a weekly basis by Project Manager with subsequent variance analysis;
  • Responsible for maintaining other components within the Planning Module, including Billings, Collections direct consultants and expenses, and others as requested;
  • Various ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements;
  • Maintains "open door" policy by insuring availability to PM and project teams for any questions related to Vision Project Planning;
  • Assist the Project Accountants with billing supporting including expense invoice drafts, labour and expense transfers and project maintenance, when needed.
  • Posting AP and AR invoices
  • Timesheets posting
  • Coordinate Intercompany Agreements

Profile

To be considered for this Finance Analyst role you must have the following:

  • Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or comparable experience
  • 3 years+ Project or Job Costing experience
  • Ability to interact with Partners, Directors, Supervisors, Project Managers, PM Assistants, Resource Planning Staff, and Project Accountants
  • Experience within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries (desirable)
  • Experience with Deltek software (desirable)

Job Offer

£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits

This is not an accounting focused role therefore ACCA / CIMA studiers will not be supported in their studies.
