- Maintain open communication withmanagement and audit committee
- Identify loopholes and recommendrisk aversion measures and cost savings
- Act as an objective source ofindependent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
- Prepare and present reports thatreflect audit’s results and document process
- Obtaining,analyzing andevaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc
- Determining internal audit scopeand developing annual plans

- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
