Finance Manager (Big 4 Transaction Services needed!)

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be a key member of the APAC FP&A team and will look after the APAC business. You would be handling the financial planning & analysis, project-based business objectives and co-ordinate with overseas for annual report.

Our client is a well-established multinational technology company. There is now a need to fill in some of the gaps in the regional office in Hong Kong. This particular team is known for its expertise in the market.

Description

• Routine work: you will be required to prepare some monthly analysis, budget, forecast and planning process
• Project management: individual will be responsible for the delivery of client facing projects, being the main day to day point of contact
• Team work: individuals will be a key team member on large complex assignments and will lead work streams on smaller and medium size engagements
• Building relationships - individuals will be required to build and sustain relationships with client management team members for the benefit of the company
• Delivering quality service and time management: you will need to be able to manage their own time, plan and organise work tasks, monitor progress and meet deadlines
• Individuals will be proficient at managing multiple priorities. Individuals will need to have excellent analytical and report writing skills.
• Risk management: individuals will be required to identify and manage risks and ensure the firm's frameworks are implemented. They will need to be able to construct scopes of work and engagement letters, and be responsible for all aspects of project management through SAP.
• The role will be based in the regional office but may involve 10% travel to support the wider regional teams together with a high level of flexibility to meet the demands of working in a transaction based environment

Profile

• Strong academic background with a financial qualifications such as HKICPA (or equivalent)
• Big 4 Transaction Services experience is a must!
• Experience of financial due diligence will be highly regarded but is not essential
• Strong analytical skills including the ability of interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Mandarin
• Strong personal impact
• Ability to perform consistently at a high level under pressure
