Client Details

Our client is a listed property company in Hong Kong. To keep up with their growing business, they are now hiring a high-calibre individual to join their finance team.

Description

• Perform financial and operational audits for business operations of the Group in Hong Kong and the Mainland
• Review the control efficiency and effectiveness of the Group's departments
• Prepare clear and concise audit documentation, including drafting audit findings and recommendations
• Perform ad hoc audit assignments

Profile

• Degree holder with professional qualification in CPA or CIA
• 4 years of working experience, in which 2 years of professional experience in internal audit department of sizable company or audit firm, preferably from "Big4" accounting firms
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
• Strong business sense/ commercial sense
• Good knowledge in internal controls and risk management
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• A good team player
• Proactive and be able to work independently
• PRC and property development experiences are preferable
• Frequent travel to the Mainland is required (50%)
