This Financial reporting analyst function is market leading and offers a part qualified or finalist level individual the perfect opportunity to become a fully qualified accountant with a great company to add to their CV. Based in Luton this role sits between the accounting team and commercial finance function with plain sight to key decision makers within the business

Description

Financial Reporting Analyst duties and responsibilities;

• Take the accounting teams information and ensure all the numbers and reporting is 100% accurate and commented onto to be sent for budget and forecast creation
• Support the creation of 5 year plans and budgets through detailed financial reporting
• Assist in the formation of 30 year forecasts
• Ensure you have your fingers in all the pies, liaising daily with FMCG operational managers, the accounting team and commercial finance function
• provide expert analysis and financial support
• redevelop financial models
• design and improve financial reporting processes
• ad hoc project work and analysis

Profile

Attributes and experience level requested;

• Part qualified or finalist level ACCA or CIMA sturdier
• Prior Financial reporting experience
• advanced Excel capabilities
• Desirable; Use of Hyperion and SAP Data Warehouse.
• down to earth and personable nature and confidence to business partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders
