Head of Finance

This is a Leadership position where you will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as we enhance the company business model and undergo rapid growth. The successful candidate will be a very hands on manager and lead a team of three finance professionals. The main duties of this role will include:- -A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA) with an exceptional track record of working with leadership teams to deliver a high growth strategy. -You will have 12 plus years of broad financial management experience with ideally 6 plus years of experience in a fast paced Saas or technology environment. A deep understanding of the Saas subscription model is an imperative-You will be used to having final responsibility for the quality and the content of all financial data, reporting and audit co-ordination and posses strong data analytics and management information expertise-You will be technology savvy with good knowledge of accounting and reporting software and strong experience in financial modelling of Saas business models-You will have a successful track record in setting priorities keen analytic organisation and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making-Analysing and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner -Oversee the lead budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the MD-Control the cash flow positionReview and approve all agreements relating to financial obligations Implement robust contracts management and financial management/reporting systems
