This is the chance to join a leading FTSE250 consultancy business as a Finance Business Partner based Central London. This is a highly commercial role with a key focus on their transformation projects.

Our client is a FTSE250 outsourcing/consultancy powerhouse with a huge UK presence, alongside being a globally recognised brand. As a highly progressive business, and as part of their continuous development, they are looking to bring in a Finance Business Partner to assist the Central London Finance Team and play a pivotal role within their key transformation projects.

The role will be based in London however there will be a travel element involved due to the project nature of the role.

Description

The Role

This is a newly created Finance Business Partner role which reports into the Strategic Finance Director. It will be highly varied and fast paced role which offers great commercial exposure alongside the following key responsibilities:

  • Month End Reporting - ownership of month end reporting, preparation of monthly adjustment and providing commentary on project and transformation progress. Assist in the production of the Business Monthly Reporting pack.
  • FP&A - Forecast, variance & trend analysis, budgeting, KPI analysis & reporting alongside continuous ad hoc analysis
  • Modelling - Maintaining and developing Financial Models alongside various ad hoc modelling as required
  • Stakeholder Management - Work closely with Divisional FDs, Transformation Project Leads and various other Senior Management

    What's Needed

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Previous B2B and complex contract exposure
  • Start-up or high growth background desirable
  • Proven history of senior stakeholder management
  • Highly Excel proficient (modelling desirable) & strong systems usage
