Description

This Management Accountant role is newly established within the finance team due to the increasing volume of work as the business continues to grow.

You will directly support the Financial Controller, taking on primary responsibility for all management accounting tasks as well as the day-to-day running of hands-on finance, ably supported by a team of three. You will also need to be 'the face of finance' for the various sites, interacting with them on a regular basis and acting as their primary point of contact for any finance-related queries.

The FC will be looking to provide greater analytical support to the business, and is likely to require some support from the Management Accountant.

Profile

We are looking for a safe pair of hands with existing management accounts experience in a small business, who will be able to hit the ground running in this role. Level of qualification is less important than hands on experience.

IT-wise, strong excel skills will be absolutely critical. Experience using Sage will also be beneficial.

Some management/leadership experience is likely to be beneficial, although non-essential. You will guide the team day-to-day
