DescriptionTo take responsibility for accurate & timely financial and performance returns.
To ensure analysis of expenditure, timely analysis of variances, and identify appropriate corrective actions in conjunction with team members.
Maintain and action all financial records and payments including drafting and monitoring of budgets.
Provision of management information, including analysis, reporting and controlling of asset management information.
Monthly accruals created as appropriate.
Local Authority returns as appropriate.
Management of accounts and assist with debt collection.
Support the Head of Finance in preparing and setting the annual budgets for the Business Units.
Effective management of reporting staff members.
Work with the Directors in identifying and improving the systems and processes.
Ensure that financial policies and procedures are fully adhered to by relevant team members.
- Qualified Accountant or QBE.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Charity experience is desirable.
- A salary of £35-40k (offered dependent on experience)
- Good holiday / pension contribution
- 12 month contract
